Job Summary

Florida Lifestyle Construction is seeking a skilled, reliable Painter to join our growing residential construction team. This role involves interior and exterior painting for custom homes, renovations, and additions. We’re looking for professionals who take pride in clean work, attention to detail, and delivering a high-quality finished product.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces including sanding, patching, caulking, and priming
  • Apply paint, stains, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Protect floors, fixtures, and surrounding areas during work
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Work independently or alongside other trades as needed
  • Follow project timelines and quality standards
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of residential painting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of interior and exterior paint systems and materials
  • Ability to cut in clean lines and produce consistent finishes
  • Reliable transportation and basic painting tools
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in Florida weather conditions


Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with high-end residential or coastal construction
  • Spraying experience
  • Drywall touch-up and minor repair skills
